Bulk install packages

Behaviour flags:

--dry-run — validate all inputs and exit without performing any action

Options

--packages string[] required: Repeatable: pass --packages multiple times to supply more than one value
--prerelease: When true, allow installing prerelease versions
--allow-outdated-version: When true, allow installing a version older than the latest available. Bypasses only the out-of-date version check.
--force
--input-file string: path to a JSON file to use as command input
--dry-run: validate all inputs and exit without performing any action (preview changes without applying them)
