elastic stack es terms-enum --field <field> --index <index> [options]
Get terms in an index.
Behaviour flags:
--dry-run — validate all inputs and exit without performing any action
--fieldstringrequired- The string to match at the start of indexed terms. If not provided, all terms in the field are considered.
--indexstringrequired-
A comma-separated list of data streams, indices, and index aliases to search. Wildcard (
*) expressions are supported. To search all data streams or indices, omit this parameter or use*or_all.Repeatable: pass
--indexmultiple times to supply more than one value --sizenumber- The number of matching terms to return.
--timeoutstring- The maximum length of time to spend collecting results.
If the timeout is exceeded the
completeflag set tofalsein the response and the results may be partial or empty. --case-insensitive- When
true, the provided search string is matched against index terms without case sensitivity. --index-filterstring- Filter an index shard if the provided query rewrites to
match_none. --stringstring-
The string to match at the start of indexed terms. If it is not provided, all terms in the field are considered. > info
The prefix string cannot be larger than the largest possible keyword value, which is Lucene's term byte-length limit of 32766.
--search-afterstring- The string after which terms in the index should be returned.
It allows for a form of pagination if the last result from one request is passed as the
search_afterparameter for a subsequent request. --error-trace- When set to
trueElasticsearch will include the full stack trace of errors when they occur. --filter-pathstring-
Comma-separated list of filters in dot notation which reduce the response returned by Elasticsearch.
Repeatable: pass
--filter-pathmultiple times to supply more than one value --human- When set to
truewill return statistics in a format suitable for humans. For example"exists_time": "1h"for humans and"exists_time_in_millis": 3600000for computers. When disabled the human readable values will be omitted. This makes sense for responses being consumed only by machines. --pretty- If set to
truethe returned JSON will be "pretty-formatted". Only use this option for debugging only. --input-filestring- path to a JSON file to use as command input
