Apply a bulk action to prompts

Behaviour flags:

--dry-run — validate all inputs and exit without performing any action

--create string[]

List of prompts to be created.

Repeatable: pass --create multiple times to supply more than one value

--delete string

Criteria for deleting prompts in bulk.

--update string[]

List of prompts to be updated.

Repeatable: pass --update multiple times to supply more than one value

--input-file string

path to a JSON file to use as command input

--dry-run

validate all inputs and exit without performing any action (preview changes without applying them)

--json

output as JSON
