Create or update agent configuration

Behaviour flags:

--dry-run — validate all inputs and exit without performing any action

Options

--service string required
--settings string required
--overwrite: If the config exists ?overwrite=true is required
--agent-name string: The agent name is used by the UI to determine which settings to display.
--input-file string: path to a JSON file to use as command input
--dry-run: validate all inputs and exit without performing any action (preview changes without applying them)
