Install prepackaged Timelines

Behaviour flags:

--dry-run — validate all inputs and exit without performing any action

--prepackaged-timelines string[] required

Repeatable: pass --prepackaged-timelines multiple times to supply more than one value

--timelines-to-install string[] required

Repeatable: pass --timelines-to-install multiple times to supply more than one value

--timelines-to-update string[] required

Repeatable: pass --timelines-to-update multiple times to supply more than one value

--input-file string

path to a JSON file to use as command input

--dry-run
