Retrieves the ruleset by ID.

--ruleset-id string required: The mandatory ruleset ID.
--include-associations: Retrieves a list of resources that are associated to the specified ruleset.
--input-file string: path to a JSON file to use as command input
--dry-run: validate all inputs and exit without performing any action (preview changes without applying them)
