An introduction to APM

Applications are the public faces of modern organizations. They’re how we engage with digital government services, online classes, or the various collaboration and productivity tools we use daily. Poor application performance leads to inefficiency, and worse, bad customer experiences. 

As public sector organizations seek to improve digital customer experience, and in turn trust in their institutions, it’s important to ensure that they use Application Performance Monitoring (APM) effectively.
