Elastic's contracting process

When purchasing an Elastic subscription directly from Elastic, an Order Form will be executed. The Order Form sets out the subscription level, the subscription term, and the applicable pricing. Each Order Form is governed by a particular Elastic agreement, which is referenced in the Order Form.

Elastic Cloud Services Subscription Agreement

With Elastic's Cloud Service, you can quickly and easily search your environment for information, analyze data to obtain insights, and protect your technology investment. Elastic's Cloud Service provides scalable and flexible cloud computing resources tailored to meet various business needs. Elastic's Cloud Service allows for automatic scaling of computing power, storage, and networking, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency. Elastic's Cloud Service is based on a shared model. Elastic Software Subscription Agreement

Elastic's self-managed Software, the Elastic Stack, consists of Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Integrations, powering a wide variety of use cases. Elastic offers flexible plans to help you get the most out of your self-managed (a.k.a. "on-premises" software) subscriptions. Elastic Support Services Policy

Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
