Install Graph into Elasticsearch

bin/plugin install license
bin/plugin install graph

Install Graph into Kibana

bin/kibana plugin --install elasticsearch/graph/latest

Start Elasticsearch and Kibana

bin/elasticsearch
bin/kibana

Navigate to Kibana at http://localhost:5601/app/graph
