This discussion and demo will start by loading two detailed data sets into Elasticsearch containing the liquor purchases in Iowa state from a variety of store types (grocery stores, liquor stores, convenience stores, etc.) with product details and purchase date. We will use the Elastic Stack to get valuable insights into the drinking habits of Iowans, but you can imagine your own data sets and the endless questions that you can find and answer.
