Elastic Cloud Microsoft Marketplace credit offer FAQ

This offer provides up to $1,000 in Elastic Cloud billing credits for new customers who subscribe to Elastic Cloud monthly through Microsoft Marketplace. The billing credits will appear as 1,000 Elastic Consumption Units. Credits can be used over the first three months of your subscription.

You are eligible if you:

• Are a new Elastic Cloud customer
• Subscribe via Microsoft Azure
• Use a monthly subscription
• Start your deployment during the promotional period

Elastic channel partners, resellers, distributors, and agents are not eligible.

The offer is available through Microsoft Marketplace.

The seven-day free trial is available to all customers who subscribe to Elastic through Microsoft Marketplace. The credit of up to $1,000 is available only to eligible new customers who complete the registration form. The billing credits will appear as 1,000 Elastic Consumption Units.

Usage during the seven-day free trial is free and does not count against the $1,000 billing credit.

After the trial ends, the billing credit can be applied to eligible Elastic Cloud usage for up to three months. Any usage above the $1,000 credit amount will be billed through your Microsoft Azure account. Any unused credit expires at the end of the three-month period.

Billing credits begin automatically after the seven-day free trial ends.

Eligible customers can receive up to $1,000 in billing credits. The billing credits will appear as 1,000 Elastic Consumption Units.

To be eligible, you must:

• Be a new Elastic customer on Microsoft Marketplace

• Subscribe to Elastic's monthly plan through one of the three listings Search, Observability, or Security
• Complete the registration form so the credit can be applied to the same account used for your subscription

There is no upfront cost requirement and no special account type required.

Yes, you must opt in to the offer by filling out the registration form.

The billing credits will appear as 1,000 Elastic Consumption Units. Credits are automatically applied to eligible Elastic Cloud usage charges on your account after you submit the offer registration form. They appear as a credit adjustment on your Elastic Cloud billing statement.

Credits apply to eligible Elastic Cloud usage charges incurred after the trial ends. Taxes, third‑party charges, and non‑Elastic services are excluded.

Yes. You can monitor usage and charges through your Elastic Cloud marketplace Console.

Once the $1,000 credit is used up, or the three-month period ends, standard Marketplace billing rates apply.

No. This offer is only available to new Elastic Cloud customers.

No. Credits are tied to the marketplace and account used at signup and cannot be transferred.

No. The offer is only eligible for customers who sign up through Microsoft Marketplace accounts.

No. This offer cannot be combined with other Elastic promotions unless explicitly stated.

No. Credits are nontransferable and nonrefundable, and they have no cash value.

Any unused credits are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

Yes. Elastic reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
