Overview: The promotional credit is expressed in Elastic Consumption Units. Eligible customers can receive up to 1,000 Elastic Consumption Units (ECU) valid for use during the first three months of their Elastic Cloud monthly subscription when purchasing through AWS Marketplace. 

Eligibility: Offer valid for new Elastic Cloud customers who subscribe via the AWS Marketplace (Search, Observability, or Security SaaS listings) between May 4, 2026, and November 30, 2026. "New customer" is defined as an entity that does not currently have a paid Elastic Cloud account or an Elastic Cloud subscription on the AWS Marketplace and has not had one within the past 12 months. This offer is available only for new Elastic Cloud monthly subscriptions purchased through AWS Marketplace and may not be applied to any existing, prior, renewed, or previously cancelled subscriptions, accounts, or customers. This offer is strictly limited to monthly pay-as-you-go subscriptions for users acting in a professional capacity on behalf of their organization. Eligibility is restricted to one redemption per unique AWS ID; multiple claims by different users under the same AWS ID are not permitted. Annual contracts, multiyear commitments, or other subscription terms are not eligible. To qualify, users must complete the offer registration form within 72 hours of subscribing to Elastic on the AWS Marketplace platform. Registration is mandatory; failure to submit the registration or failure to submit the Registration form in accordance with the timelines will impact your eligibility for the credit. On the registration form, you must use the same email address as your AWS account to ensure the credit is applied. This offer is available only through AWS Marketplace, and you must subscribe to Elastic Cloud monthly through AWS Marketplace to be eligible. Standard AWS Marketplace billing terms apply. This offer is limited to one credit per eligible customer and one Elastic Cloud account. Elastic channel partners, resellers, agents, and/or distributors are not eligible to participate or to receive the billing credit. 

Credit details (Elastic Consumption Units): The promotional credit is expressed in Elastic Consumption Units, not dollars. Eligible customers will receive a promotional billing credit of up to 1,000 Elastic Consumption Units (ECU). All Elastic Cloud usage is metered and billed in ECU. While the nominal value of 1 ECU is US$1.00, the credit is applied as a consumption unit balance, not a cash value. For customers billed in a currency other than USD, the local currency equivalent of the ECU consumption will be determined based on an exchange rate set solely by Elastic (or its billing partners) at the time of invoicing. Credits are limited to a maximum of 1,000 ECU per eligible customer/account and apply only to usage charges incurred within the first 90 days (three months) following the expiration of the initial 7-day free trial. 

Timing: You must start your deployment during the promotional period specified in the offer communication. The offer includes a 7-day free trial. Any usage incurred during the 7-day trial period does not count toward the $1,000 billing credit. Credit is applied only to eligible Elastic Cloud SaaS usage fees on AWS Marketplace; it cannot be applied to other services, taxes, or third-party fees. Credits apply until either 1,000 ECUs are fully used or three months have elapsed, whichever occurs first. Any unused credits at the end of the three-month period are forfeited and cannot be reinstated, carried over, or redeemed for cash. Any usage above the 1,000 ECU credit amount will be billed through your AWS account. Credits may only be applied to the same Elastic Cloud account under which they were issued. 

Elastic reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice. This is a limited-time offer and is void where prohibited or restricted by law or company policy. The offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash or other compensation. Elastic reserves the right to determine eligibility, qualified usage, and credit application in its sole discretion. Elastic may request additional information to validate eligibility. This includes verifying legitimate business affiliation, confirming ‘net new’ status by excluding pre-existing customer organizations, and preventing duplicate claims within a single AWS ID. Additionally, this data may be used to screen applicants against existing communication preferences and opt-out lists to ensure compliance with global privacy standards. If eligibility requirements are not met, the billing credit may be denied or revoked. Quantities are limited and the offer is subject to availability ("while supplies last").
