Set default index pattern APIedit

[experimental] This functionality is experimental and may be changed or removed completely in a future release. Elastic will take a best effort approach to fix any issues, but experimental features are not subject to the support SLA of official GA features. Set a default index pattern ID. Kibana UI will use default index pattern unless user picks a different one. The API doesn’t validate if given index_pattern_id is a valid id.
