Elastic Cloud
Elastic Cloud uses cloud service providers, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, to provide Elastic Cloud. We support hosting options globally through each of our Elastic Cloud service providers. Customers are able to select the region where they host their Elastic Cloud deployments to best meet data residency needs. Backups are also stored in the selected Elastic Cloud deployment region, by default.
Customer Personal Data may be processed by the following sub-processors depending upon which cloud service provider the customer elects to use:

Customer Personal Data may be processed by the following sub-processor to the extent that the customer has chosen to utilize the default LLM integration offered by Elastic for certain optional features and products:
