If you are an existing Elastic customer with a support contract, please create a ticket in the Elastic Support portal and provide an ECE diagnostics package. Instructions for generating the diagnostics package can be found in our Elastic Cloud Enterprise Knowledge Base within the Elastic Support Portal. By providing a diagnostics package you make it easier for us to help you.
