Communications with Directors

Elastic N.V. has a process for shareholders and other interested parties who wish to communicate with our board of directors, or with an individual member or members of our board of directors. Shareholders and other interested parties who wish to communicate with our board of directors (including our non-executive directors, Lead Independent Director and any committee chair) may write to our board of directors at Elastic’s registered office at Keizersgracht 281, 1016 ED Amsterdam, the Netherlands. These communications will be received by our General Counsel and will be presented to our board of directors at the discretion of our General Counsel, in consultation with appropriate directors, as necessary. Certain items that are unrelated to our board of directors’ duties and responsibilities may be excluded, such as mass mailings, product complaints or inquiries, job inquiries, business solicitations and patently offensive or otherwise inappropriate material.
