Machine Learning Settings in Kibana
editYou do not need to configure any settings to use machine learning. It is enabled by default.
General Machine Learning Settings

xpack.ml.enabled -
Set to
true(default) to enable machine learning.
If set to
falseinkibana.yml, the machine learning icon is hidden in this Kibana instance. Ifxpack.ml.enabledis set totrueinelasticsearch.yml, however, you can still use the machine learning APIs. To disable machine learning entirely, see the Elasticsearch Machine Learning Settings.
