New modules for Azure cloud monitoringedit

With the addition of Metricbeat and Filebeat modules for Azure monitoring, Azure users can now directly monitor logs and metrics from Azure Event Hub and Azure Monitor and use prebuilt Kibana dashboards to speed up the analysis.
