Shield and Beyond: Elastic’s Recommendations for a Secure ELK Environment

As Elasticsearch has become more critical to the success of your business, so has the need to protect your data. That’s why we built Shield, the security solution that plugs into Elasticsearch.

Elastic, the company behind Elasticsearch,  Logstash, and Kibana, has grown substantially in the past year, and we needed a simple, scalable, secure demo environment for our Solution Architects. In this webinar, Steve Mayzak and Antoine Girbal will take you on a technical tour of how we leverage Shield to:

  • Maintain peace of mind by putting a username and password on Elasticsearch
  • Assign the right access to the right people
  • Meet security standards and regulations like HIPAA, FISMA, and more
  • Simplify your architecture and avoid setting up and maintaining a security workaround
