Welcome Igor

I am very happy to announce that Igor Motov ("imotov") is joining Elasticsearch. Igor has extensive knowledge on Elasticsearch, and has written several plugins for it, including a zookeeper discovery module and the jetty plugin. He is also the co-organizer of the "Boston Elasticsearch meetup". Igor will join our team focusing on continuing and improving Elasticsearch as his full time job.

Personally, I am very excited about having Igor join us. We just got a big boost on our ability to execute on our vision that is Elasticsearch. Welcome Igor!
