Each Elasticsearch Service account has a primary email associated with it. By default, the primary email address is the email address you used to sign up for Elasticsearch Service and it also is the email address you normally use to log in. You can change this primary email address as needed.
If you recently changed your primary email address, don’t forget to start using the new email address to log in. Your old primary email address will no longer work.
To change the primary email address:
- Sign in to the Elasticsearch Service Console.
- Go to Account and then Profile.
- By Primary email address, click Edit.
Enter a new email address and your current password, then click Update email.
An email is sent to the new address with a link to confirm the change. If you don’t see the email after a few minutes, check your spam folder.
- Click the link in the email to confirm the primary email address change.
