Update billing and operational contactsedit

If different persons from your organization are involved in billing and operations, you can specify their relevant contacts in addition to the primary email address of your account. You can also whitelist an email address that receives monitoring alerts.

Operational contacts can only receive operational notifications, such as out-of-memory alerts. Operational and billing contacts can’t log in to Elasticsearch Add-On for Heroku. To log in to the Elasticsearch Add-On for Heroku console, you must use the primary email address for your account.

To update billing and operational contacts, or whitelist an email address:

  1. Log in to the Elasticsearch Add-On for Heroku console.
  2. On the deployments page, select your deployment.
  3. Go to Account and then Contacts.

Multiple email addresses can be specified for each category. They become effective immediately and no further confirmation of the email addresses is required.
