welcome zach

I'd like to welcome Zachary Tong ("@zacharytong") to our team (long overdue...). I am sure you've seen Zach around, he has been active blogging about Elasticsearch (on his own blog, and our own), wrote a PHP client, inquisitor plugin, and many more.

Zach has an amazing gift distilling complex concepts into simple explanations, and he will help us improve our documentation and online resources around Elasticsearch. He will also help push forward Elasticsearch in PHP land.
