You will have a chance to create a broad set of expertise supporting our field operations organization. You'll have direct impact by leading a number of signature projects as it pertains to our sales technology stack, and the opportunity to interact with an incredible variety of internal partners from Sales, Support, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Salesforce feature requests and documentation: you will collaborate with analysts and internal teams to build and prioritize feature requests, and then shepherd them through development and testing.</li> <li>M&A activities: you will develop an M&A process which anticipates integration and acquisition activities. In this role, you will take the lead on post-acquisition operations, data migrations, and any M&A-related improvements.</li> <li>Become an authority on our customer journey, with a special focus on post-sales. Define features and process changes which enhance our customer experience and which make our customer success, product management, and marketing teams more efficient and effective.</li> <li>Serve as a technical mentor and partner to analysts and stakeholder groups within field operations.</li> <li>Help craft a sales technology center of excellence, particularly in the areas of governance and process. You capture information not for documentation’s sake, but to inform, enable, and educate a broad, distributed audience on the workings of our go-to-market teams and the tools they use to do their jobs successfully.</li> <li>Actively contribute to prioritization of technology efforts across all of the field operations portfolio.</li> <li>Craft project plans and develop enablement and change management efforts for major / field impacting releases.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Key Skills </strong></h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience working with Salesforce.com. You’re also a power-user of Excel, Powerpoint, process documentation tools, and data loaders.</li> <li>You have strong interpersonal skills, and you're comfortable interacting with senior leaders. Because of your familiarity with agile development / sprint planning and your understanding of the software development lifecycle, you thrive in negotiating priorities and tradeoffs.</li> <li>You have an ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with a customer-first, positive approach.</li> <li>You're an excellent teammate, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
