You thrive in a fast moving and challenging environment, adapt quickly to unexpected changes, take a global view, are data driven and technically savvy and have a passion for ensuring that all HR processes and administration take place seamlessly and efficiently for everyone touched by the HR team. This is a very hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our EMEA teams. Supporting the HR Director, EMEA, and HR Manager, EMEA, this role is critical in supporting HR operations in over 16 countries. You approach your work with a high level of enthusiasm and pragmatism. You remain calm under pressure and you appreciate that sometimes, a good sense of humour is important!</p> <p><strong>You will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with the HR team, EMEA and global HR team which reports into VP of HR, to help deliver an outstanding employee experience and ensure HR compliance across all EMEA jurisdictions</li> <li>Coordinate the signing, filing and fedexing of all essential hard copy official HR documents in EMEA</li> <li>Own HR compliance in terms of electronic and hard copy filing and accuracy of documents that you handle directly</li> <li>Be an enthusiastic teammate with a strong drive to create a positive work environment</li> <li>Be comfortable with a high volume, fluctuating workload and be happy to "roll up your sleeves”</li> <li>Have a strong solutions focus and a bias for action, a strong work ethic and a desire to achieve excellence</li> <li>Communicate effectively at all levels and across cultures: you can be concise and direct when required whilst being courteous and personable at all times</li> <li>Be able to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels within the company - above all, you enjoy getting to know the teams and delivering great work!</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required</strong> <strong>Skills</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of HR coordination/ HR Administration experience</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of HR admin in more than 2 European countries</li> <li>Have experience in handling onboarding, offboarding, employee changes and ensuring everything is handled seamlessly from an HR systems and payroll point of view</li> <li>Have demonstrated experience of handling administrative documents and processes accurately, including an excellent level of attention to detail</li> <li>Fluent German would be a considerable strength</li> <li>Have a solid first experience HR administration or coordination, with a great foundation in “what great looks like” from an HR admin point of view</li> <li>You value feedback, seek it and act on it for your personal and professional growth</li> <li>Naturally approachable, dynamic and people focused</li> <li>Accountability is top of your strengths: you come up with solutions and you take ownership of problems, get things done, and keep partners informed</li> <li>Ability to build effective work relationships within the organization, influence behavior, and manage change</li> <li>You understand the importance of being an effective communicator and how this impacts the programs and concepts we handle every single day.</li> <li>Integrity, transparency and honesty are some of your most important characteristics which you demonstrate with ease.
