This role will help drive the roll out of our people initiatives, provide great employee support and drive HR functional excellence and continuous process improvement for our teams in Asia Pacific.</p> <p>You thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to a changing environments, take a global view, are data driven and technically savvy and have a passion for bringing people insights to the business. You are both strategic and hands-on and love providing full cycle Human Resources support. People are amazed at the level of passion and energy you bring to work each day. You remain calm under pressure, take a pragmatic approach and you know that sometimes laughter is indeed the best solution.</p> <h3>What You Will Do:</h3> <ul> <li>Partner with the global HR team to deliver an outstanding employee experience for our APAC teams</li> <li>Help us build out consistent global HR Operations processes and programs</li> <li>Ensure smooth HR Operations, including leading compliance across APAC and handling Employee Representation and European Works Councils (EWCs)</li> <li>Handle employee relations issues and support employee engagement and organizational effectiveness initiatives</li> <li>Bring discipline and passion in your approach with HR systems and processes: make sure data is collected quickly and that systems are kept up to date</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance/Payroll and IT and the broader HR teams (HRBPs and Recruiting)</li> <li>Challenge the status quo and constantly think about how we can improve HR delivery for an exceptional employee experience</li> <li>Have a passion for employee growth and development</li> <li>Be hands on, willing to roll up your sleeves, and deeply engaged with our teams to keep a pulse on employee engagement across APAC</li> <li>Have a high degree of integrity, openness and honesty and exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations</li> <li>Enjoy rapid growth and be comfortable in a complex ever-changing work environment</li> </ul> <h3>Who You Are:</h3> <ul> <li>A bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of progressive APAC HR experience</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of HR processes and ER in a variety of countries (Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Korea, Japan)</li> <li>Experience in a high-growth, start-up environment (In fact, please tell us about it in your cover letter!)</li> <li>You value feedback, seek it and act on it for your personal and professional growth</li> <li>Naturally approachable, dynamic and people focused</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across cultures: you can be concise and direct when required whilst being courteous and personable at all times</li> <li>Highly accountable: you come up with solutions and you take ownership of problems, get things done, and keep partners informed</li> <li>Ability to build effective work relationships within the organization, influence behavior, and manage change</li> <li>Have a strong solutions focus and a bias for action, a strong work ethic and a desire to achieve excellence</li> <li>Be able to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels within the company - above all, you enjoy getting to know the teams and delivering great work!</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Additional</strong> <strong>Information:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Competitive pay based on the work you do here and not your previous salary</li> <li>Stock options</li> <li>Global minimum of 16 weeks of paid parental leave (moms & dads)</li> <li>Generous vacation time and one week of volunteer time off</li> <li>An environment in which you can balance great work with a great life</li> <li>Your age is only a number.
