This role will be based out of our New York office.</p> <h2>What You Will Do:</h2> <p>You will work together with sales reps to structure deals and, together, help Elastic grow its business.</p> <p>You will be a part of our growing, global operations team and our small, but mighty and rapidly growing sales operations team.</p> <h2>In addition, you will:</h2> <ul> <li>Review and book orders</li> <li>Address and resolve customer requests (both financial and support related)</li> <li>Enable the sales team through process and operational improvements</li> <li>Assist with financial reconciliations/period-end close activities</li> <li>Help ensure customer account data quality management</li> <li>Check customer licensing and provisioning</li> <li>Assist and lead order operations technology optimizations</li> <li>Assist in UAT for CRM and back-end system improvements</li> <li>Be able to thrive and adapt in a highly distributed business structure across multiple geographies</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are:</h2> <p>You have the proven ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft recommendations and results into easily digestible messages, communications, and executive presentations.</p> <p>You are highly collaborative, know how to influence others, and can adjust to new demands on the fly and with a sense of urgency.</p> <ul> <li>BS/BA required, MBA a strong plus but not required</li> <li>3+ years work experience in FP&A, Management Consulting, or similar field in technology organizations</li> <li>Very strong executive presence and engagement skills</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast paced start-up environment</li> <li>Power user proficiency with the MS Office suite (especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint).
